1960 Chevrolet Dealer Album – Introduction
The 1960 Chevrolet Dealer Album was the ultimate promotional book for salesmen. These contained colorful illustrations of every single model in detail, inside and out. Impala, Bel Air, Biscayne, Nomad, Kingswood, Parkwood, Brookwood, Corvette and Corvair. Not just each line, but every body style too… Convertible, Sport Coupe, Sport Sedan, 4-door sedan, 2 door sedan, 4-Door Station wagon and 2-Door station wagon, all illustrated in detail. There are sections dedicated to the chassis, power train, and separate booklets for real color chips and interior fabrics and vinyls. These books were not given out to the public, so they are quite rare today and coveted by collectors. They usually sell for hundreds of dollars, but you don’t have to buy one to see it, you can look it over right here at xFrameChevy.com! Pages have been scanned at high-resolution for your enjoyment.
For starters, here is a scan of the introductory pages. You’ll find each section of the book in it’s own posting.
